  1. PHIL NAPOLEON AND HIS MEMPHIS FIVE That’s A Plenty Sounds of Yesteryear DSOY8O5[]. Second volume of a CD I gave a pretty uncomplimentary review to a couple of issues ago so I was surprised to get this one for review! I am not a "Dixieland" fan but as with the first set my main grouse is the inordinate space taken up with commentary.
  2. Blackpool is very much forefront of Theatre organ news at the moment, as Phil Kelsall is celebrating his 40 year residency – which now brings him along side Reg for the number of years serving as the Tower’s Resident Organist. There will be a special concert featuring Phil at the Wurlitzer this Sunday – .
  3. Phil performs frequent concerts in the the USA and has undertaken a highly successful tour of Australia and New Zealand. Phil Kelsall’s first recording, Thank You for the Music, was released by EMI in and at least one album has been recorded by Phil at the Tower each year since then.
